No one is home! I'm not happy, it makes no sense all day!

No one is in to help.

This is ridiculous! There should be someone at the door to sit, but no, no one is there to help!

Trying to cancel my subscription, I've done it once before and it still has not been fixed, and here we are, you charged my card again and nobody answers your phone. This is not acceptable customer service.

I told them of the problem. They asked for what was happening.

Nothing has changed. Nothing will change as far as I can see.

It's not the 1st, or no doubt last, time their service hasn't worked. For a long time I had to reenter my user name and password when I'd want to watch.

Hopefully that problem is permanently resolved. Now, on a holiday weekend, when I'd like to watch live programming they are sorry. Yes, they're right.

Was working fine this morning and just quit working. It keeps wanting me to sign up for 15 day trial but we have an annual subscription since November 2023.

I tried signing out three times and even deleted the app and reinstalled it.i am using it on Apple TV. I am using the top menu bar for TV Live instead of the shortcut since I was informed several months ago that with Apple TV the shortcut doesnt work.

This is our only source of news. Please help!

I really enjoy the Newsmax content but am concerned that products advertised on your channel are made in China and other countries not the USA. I realize youre an up and coming news outlet but wish you could be more selective in your ads.

I was so disappointed that Newsmax didn't show Tucker's speech. I had to go watch it on PBS.

You treated him exactly like Fox News did, and I quit watching them.

I love and appreciate Newsmax however.i dont like all of the ads promoting Newsmax + when I am clearly watching it ON THE APP! As a US Army veteran I truly appreciate the respect given to all of my brothers and sisters but repeat or not Id rather get less commercials on the app after money is accepted. Keep up the good coverage and lighten up on the begging and self recognition once you have us on the app.

Why does Newsmax always talk during Trumps rally speech when JD Vance is speaking ? so rude !!

we want to hear what JD has to say as well. Yet every time they talk during his speech, they talk too much all the time when we wanna ti hear what people are saying, the news staff needs to learn to be quiet !!

JD Vance speech is important just like Trumps speech stop talking stop thinking your opinions are wanted or needed during JDs speech. I have to change the channel just to hear what JD wants to say.

Stop with the Teddy Roosevelt and Ronald Reagan commercials already. I would watch Newsmax2 all the time, but these two commercials are on constantly, so I switch to another channel.
